We created an ownable, integrated campaign approach that celebrated their value in every way, from the food to the people you buy the food from.

From day one, Brookshire Brothers’ strategy has been simple: be the true community grocer. Whether that means stocking local products, providing custom-cut meats, or delivering prescriptions down the road, Brookshire Brothers has always built its business on good food, good people, and good value.
As they moved into the new decade, Brookshire Brothers saw the warning signs early: grocery prices were rising across the board, and they knew they needed to get ahead of it. Rather than pivot away from their brand story, they asked us to help evolve it; to turn up the volume on value while keeping their community-first spirit at the center of everything.

“Value’s in the Bag” built on what they’ve always done best: showing that true value starts close to home. To keep Brookshire Brothers’ promise relevant in an ever-changing market, we ensured “Value’s in the Bag” was more than just a new phrase or a tagline. We built it into a brand platform built on responsiveness and community. Blending savings and storytelling, we showed how Brookshire Brothers has proactively helped customers stretch their dollar without sacrificing what makes the brand special. Through digital, social, and broadcast we celebrated the people and moments that define the brand: the butchers who know your order, the pharmacists who know your name, and the neighbors you meet in the aisles.
The message is simple but powerful: value isn’t just what you get at Brookshire Brothers, it’s also who you get it from.

Since its launch, the Value’s in the Bag campaign has sparked genuine connection across communities, reminding shoppers why Brookshire Brothers feels like their grocery store.
